Apple Cider Vinegar vs Metformin

Apple Cider VinegarApple Cider Vinegar MetforminMetformin
Consult your pharmacist.Metformin is used with a proper diet and exercise program and possibly with other medications to control high blood sugar. It is used in patients with type 2 diabetes (non-insulin-dependent diabetes). Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Metformin works by helping to restore your body's proper response to the insulin you naturally produce. It also decreases the amount of sugar that your liver makes and that your stomach/intestines absorb.

My husband and I have been using the Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. After I studied the side effects of many of the over the counter medications for acid reflux, I saw the information on useing this and thought we would try it. We take one Tablespoon full in 4 ounces of water each evening and we have found it to work quite well. If you have mold allergies, you may want to see how it effects you, but I take it and I have the mold allergies and I have been fine with no side effects. Of course as will any other home remedy, you should talk to you doctor about it as well.

Wife and I agree that I had been drinking alcohol TOO much daily-- so I knew from farm day's that ACV is a safe food item. To take-- You get a TALL waterglass and FILL with ice. Pour a jigger of ACV in and fill with water--- Do not stir.!! ENJOY a slow sipper drink that helps your body. Note: I lost 11-lbs. in week and 1/2. Blood pressure dropped to 133 from 147. Wife is now thinking of trying also.-- I went from 198-lbs.to 187-lbs. and feel great

Metformin eliminated my d2 symptoms in a couple of hours and has had no apparent side effects or nasty interactions with my other meds. It's generic, which means affordable, and does a good job of keeping my numbers around 120-130.
