| Add Cymbalta review I was prescribed 30 mg then up'ed to 60 mg then back to 30 mg. It is to treat fibromyalgia. Somewhat helps. Now have chronic diahhrea. I have chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and a history of depression. I had been on Prozac for years. The Prozac stopped helping, as I had crying spells and worsening depression. I was put on Cymbalta, which readily controlled my depression. My fibromyalgia went into remission. I didn't notice any side effects other than constipation. My GP put my on Cymbalta to since the Effexor I was taking at the time was no longer effective . Unfortunately with Cymbalta , I had sleepless nights,heavy sweating, upset stomach, weight gain, bowel problems,and my anxiety level increased. I have been taking every med for Depression & with out any luck.I've been taking Remeron 15 MG for the past week & I couldn't feel any better. Has changed my mom, she seems to be in lala land, without a care in the world. This bothers me because she is usually talkative and more alert. Since taking this drug she seems too not care about anything. I use this drug as a combo with Paxil to combat anxiety and depression. It works well and I love the appetite stimulant! It helps me rest and I am definitely satisfied. The drug Remeron itself works great. I noticed slight itchy torso with a 15 mg dose, when I was directed to take 30 mg day, I have major itching in my torso and then spread from there.
