| Add Dexedrine review This is a wonderful medication, it has helped me so much with not only ADHD, but with anxiety. That's right, the medication has a calming effect along with its ability to increase my attention and concentration. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has ADHD with a co-morbid anxiety disorder, because other medications like Adderall, or Ritalin exacerbated my anxiety. I take the medication as needed for symptoms and so far I have not noticed any tolerance build-up. It's a shame that since its a bit older, many doctors don't typically prescribe it, they opt for newer medications. i just lost my wife because she was getting addicted to my pills and talk of that problem has made her berserk I was recently diagnosed with ADHD; as an adult female I'm surprised I was actually diagnosed in the first place seeing as how many women fall through the cracks. I was put on 10mg of Dexedrine and I was immediately better. I first noticed the medication was working when I was talking to my employer and for the first time I was able to look him in the eye. The sense of clarity was overwhelming. I've experienced very little side effects aside from weight loss (which I'm not complaining about!). Work had become very difficult for me to focus and I found myself doodling some days. I'm now able to complete task at home as well. I've tried other ADD medicines but this is great. Now I can work with a good level of concentration. I thought vyvanse was great, but I noticed hives on my hands initially and disregarded the reaction. It wasn't until I had hives (large) all over my face, severe dry eye, for a month, I realized I was having a reaction to the drug. My own physician did not relate the hives to the drug. I had to figure it out myself after spending hundreds of dollars on copays to the eye doctor and revisits to m ... I have been taking this drug for a couple of weeks. At first, the side effects and positive effects are immense. My brain was able to pick up anything at anytime, I never had this ability before. Whenever I walk to school, I would notice the flowers, sidewalk, other people, rather than just be hidden in my own cloud. School definately has become easier. I now focus in class, get things that need t ... My grandson takes this medication for ADHD. They up the doseage, ever since then he has uncontrolable head movement. He jerks his head forward.
