Works great for GERD, however depletes magnesium levels dangerously low. I had heart palpitations, severe muscle cramping, nervousness, and shaking.

Absolute Disaster. Did not work at all....I have taken Omeprazole made by Mylan, and it worked. This was like taking candy. It had absolutely no effect at all.

I have taken the medication for 2 years and it did relieve the constant sour stomach I had. My throat is not irritated and burning anymore either. It does increase some gas and burping sometimes but that is better than the alternative.I have had some constipation( not eliminating completely) and dizziness. My doctor suggested taking omeprazole once daily instead of twice and it helped with dizzin ...

If i miss a dose for 2 days what harm will it do? I've had an awful burning feeling and bouts of vomiting....
