I am a merchandiser, and my daily work routine requires that I do alot of crouching and kneeling. I had been experiencing light amts of pain and moderate amounts of stiffness before taking Glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM. After taking 2 pills a day for a week, I began to notice dramatically reduced stiffness, and almost no pain in my knees. I stopped taking them for a week, and the stiffness returned. I have found them to be helpful and despite the relatively high cost of this product ( $ 20 for a 1 month supply ) I will continue to take them as the relief outweighs the cost.

I an 50yrs old and have suffered from manic/depression for the last 20 years. Until I started taking 1,000mg daily KRILL oil that I have noticed a great difference in my mood because the medication absorbs into the brain easier. I feel much better and have went from 28 pills a day to 10. Don't get fish oil, it;s not the same.
