I took 20mg 90 minutes before sex, and 10mg (1/2 a pill) 45 minutes before. It worked weell, nice hard erection. However, I did have a strong headache. Took some IB and it took care of it. I did take it on an empty stomach, but was drinking diet soda which did not seem to cause a problem. I take this medication to combat the effects of depression meds that I take.
