It also is somewhat slowing me down to be in the "now", I have better concentration. | Add Trileptal review I began taking Oxcarbazepine (generic Trileptal) four months ago in order to relieve anxiety, slow racing thoughts, and stabilize my mood throughout the day. I've experienced occasional night sweats (usually following a dosage increase). Overall the medicine has been a spectacular and has provided a degree of mental clarity I have never known before. Other potential benefits include decreased irritability and improved focus. the side effects are the worst thing to go through until it is in your system. I have been using this drug to treat hemifacial spasms per doctors advise; but am worried about the length of time staying on this drug. I have been on 4 pills per day for 3 months now. | |||
