No side effects except a dry mouth. Cost of this generic went from $27 for 90 days to $99 for 90 days. This happened within 1 90 day period of time.

Ingested 10 mg, and experienced dizziness, lightheadedness, lack of coordination (moderate) for about one to two hours afterwards. Severe dry mouth, also.

This med worked but I was forced to quit taking this medicine after 10 days. I quit 3 weeks ago and am still severely constipated. This is more than simple constipation. My appetite is gone and can eat very little. I have taken triple daily amounts of several laxatives for the past two weeks with no relief. I think I may have a intestinal blockage and will contact my urologist tomorrow for advice. I would not recommend this medicine to anyone. The constipation is horrible.

I've been taking Vesicare (10mg) for over a year now for my OAB and the changes it has made to my lifestyle is just remarkable. Before Vesicare, it was bad. Really bad. Like going to the bathroom 10+ times a day, 3+ times a night, worrying about accidents (which I'd have at least once a week), and that doesn't even include intimacy issues (God bless my husband)... my life revolved around my bathroom usage. Vesicare resolved all of it. Once in a while my bladder gets angry, but it's 99.9% of the time it is either a trigger reflex or pressure on my bladder caused by other internal 'stuff'. I experienced the blurry vision when I first started the medicine, so I switched to taking it right before I went to bed (I can't have blurry vision when the eyeballs are closed), and my vision seems fine by morning. I also have the constipation, but I take Benefiber (2x's a day) and eat two Activia yogurts daily (maybe its mental, but I think it helps).
