Ketorolac is used for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe pain in adults. It is usually used before or after medical procedures or after surgery. Reducing pain helps you recover more comfortably so that you can return to your normal daily activities. This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking your body's production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation. This effect helps to decrease swelling, pain, or fever. Ketorolac should not be used for mild or long-term painful conditions (such as arthritis).Ultram is used to help relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. Tramadol is similar to narcotic analgesics. It works in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain.

I just put one star on my ratings because I have not taken it yet. I have a question. I was told I have costochondritis, along with fibromyalgia. The doctor prescribed Toradol and the pharmacist only gave me 20 pills for a month. She said I can only take this for five days, regardless how many I take a day. Only five days a month. Does anyone know anything about this?

I have chronic lower back pain, also have a sub dermal pain pump giving me morphine 24/7. In spite of that i still have pain. One episode of extreme pain I saw my GP who gave me oral torodal and I was amazed. Almost pain free until the RX ran out. I was taking slightly less than prescribed (3 tabs/day instead of 4) but it was still very effective. How long should I lay off before taking it again? I'm going to ask my pain specialist to prescribe this for me. No side effects that I noticed and wonderful relief.

I just took my first pill, and noticed 3 hours later a huge relief in pain, also am taking Vicodin for pain, this pill has helped me so much, When I got up this am, I literally could get up with no pain in my legs, as usually I have, so I would def recommend this pill ! And I only take 1 100mg every 24 hours ..
