Had multiple neck injuries as teen in high school and at that time there were no advanced imaging technologies of today. Years of pain killers only muffled the pain where I could function. Then in ER visit they gave me Valium for 10 days. I dreamed for the first time in years, I was able to get comfortable to get a good night sleep. Now the neurosurgeon is saying its time for surgery . they lessened the muscle relaxer to xanaflex and only sleep 4 hours then wide awake again.

I was prescribed this drug in 1984 and It completely destroyed my health and ruined my life. I became addicted to it and the protracted withdrawal effects lasted years and were absolutely horrific I am a 26 year old female who has suffered from panic attacks and anxiety since high-school. I got to the point to where I was so anxious that I could not eat and was down to 97lbs. I was on klonopin for a while until my body became immune to it. I started losing more weight and even hair. I was then switched to valium and it is certainly a miracle drug. NO side effects what so ever... I am puttin ... i ended up falling and gettting a concussion. i was in so much pain at the er here near my house that i was having a major panic attack where i stopped breathing for a minute or two at a time. they came in to check on me and the doctor who saw me came back with his nurse with two 5 mg valium and dilauded for the pain cause i hurt really bad. but the valium helped me calm down within 20 minutes of ... poisen dredfull drug | Add Xanax review owcaitelltedifermt,wataretetotell when i was first prescribed this medication it helept me get out in the world helept me socialy and i found that thay help with everything, but after using them for over 10 years thay don't work as well ,but i have been reduced dramatically and ofcourse thay don''t work as well ,it's people that shoot them up and abuseing them that stuff it up for enyone that may need them,i hate going to get the ... I moved to a new state with my kids and over the road trucker,husband who had to leave the next morning after we got to the new house. I was driving back to my home state to visit and had a terrible panic attack that required a trip to the er, all 3 kids with me. That was 12 years ago that i was prescribed this life changing drug. I am now an addict, i have never been to a mental health specialist ... I suffer from social anxiety-fear of public speaking especially to large groups. The anxiety and panic can be overwhelming! Xanax really works getting me thru it. So grateful to have & use only when needed. | |||
