Benicar vs Bystolic

BP had been running 145/95. First day on Benicar it jumped to 165/105. Second day it was 178/100. Had chest fluttering, shaking and a very bad anxious feeling. I was getting worse each week. I would have high spikes of BP twice a week. I lost strength. Instead of walking 2 miles a day, I could only go a few houses down the street. I had severe cramping in my legs, arms, and hands. After getting off the Benicar for 24-48 hours, I felt like a new person. Now I am walking 2-3 miles a day and the cramps are gone.
