| This product is used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms of the nose such as stuffy/runny nose, itching, sneezing, and post-nasal drip. It contains 2 drugs. Azelastine is an antihistamine that works by blocking certain natural substances called histamines that are responsible for allergic symptoms. Fluticasone belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. | Add Dymista review I got a terrific headache from the spray. I could only use it once because I got such terrible head pain. I would rather deal with the allergy. Sorry, but there has to be something better out there that can relieve one's symptoms and not have such adverse side effects. I don't get the itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose - just sinus pressure and headaches during allergy season. Because I was having more issues on one side of my head than the other - not draining properly and occasional sinus infections, I decided to see an ENT in case there were polyps or other issues. My ENT gave me a sample of Dymista after my exam & not finding any polyps or other abnormalities. Why in the world would any drug company use a rose scent in an allergy medication? About 5 seconds after using Dymista, I got a very bad headache, and the pressure in my sinuses actually INCREASED. I could smell roses for several hours. Since I'm allergic to roses, I won't be using this product again. I'll go back to my normal treatment of using a decongestant & ibuprofen when I get a sinus headache. | Add Qnasl review Worked pretty well, I had to take 2 sprays in each side of my nose, but I feel like I should have taken one at one time and then a second at another time instead of 2 sprays at one time. I feel it should be more than once a day. Durning the day I I am pretty miserable. Better at night after I take it. | |||
