I an 50yrs old and have suffered from manic/depression for the last 20 years. Until I started taking 1,000mg daily KRILL oil that I have noticed a great difference in my mood because the medication absorbs into the brain easier. I feel much better and have went from 28 pills a day to 10. Don't get fish oil, it;s not the same.
