Over the years they have had to increase it. Just a few weeks ago they have put me on the max of 400mg. After it runs it's course and doesn't help anymore, they will have to try a new medication. Other potential benefits include decreased irritability and improved focus. the side effects are the worst thing to go through until it is in your system.
